How do I get involved and how does it work?

Great to hear that you want to be involved in our mission! To get involved, all you need to do is click on the ‘Register’ button above. You will be asked to fill out a registration form which will be sent to our London office when submitted and you will then hear from us when we have a suitable research project for you. 

All of our research projects are disease specific and have specific requirements. To check whether you are eligible, please check out our ‘Active Projects’ or contact us and our friendly team will help you.

Once you have joined a research project, we will communicate with you on how the process is going to go. You may be asked to complete a questionnaire, share your experiences in a phone interview, or join a workshop with other participants. This all depends on the research design.

We will keep you informed every step of the way so that you have an enjoyable experience with us, for every project you may join.

Steps explaining the research process

  • Fill out registration form

    Fill out the registration form by pressing on the 'register' button

  • Your details are added to our member database

    All your information is confidential to PIPHealth and the client of a research project in case you decide to take part, and still then, we will ask for your consent again. If your contact details change, just send an email over to info@piphealth.com. You can always ask for your details to be deleted by contacting the same email.

  • We get you onto a suitable research project

    When a research project arises on your or your patient's condition, we will get in touch with you to see if you are interested. We will ask you to fill out some eligibility questions to check if your experiences match the objectives of the research project.

  • You share your voice

    If eligible, you will now take part in the research. This can be through a survey, a telephone interview, participating in a focus group or workshop. Depending on the research project, it will either be online or in person.

  • We transfer money to you or a charity of your choice

    As a thank you for your contribution, we will either pay you or send a donation to a charity of your choice. This all depends on the research project.

  • You receive a certificate of participation

    Following your participation in one of PIPHealth's research project, you will receive a certificate, highlighting your commitment to our mission to improve the quality of life for millions of patients. You can share this certificate on your social media!
