Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Membership of the site
To register with our Site you must be [18] years of age or older.

By registering with our site you agree to respond to invitations to polls, surveys, tests, focus groups or other questionnaires (“Questionnaires”) that we send to you by email, post or online link for research purposes. You can complete the Questionnaires that we send to you by the specified deadline coherently, in full and truthfully and accurately. We regularly check the consistency of responses to Questionnaires to ensure their validity, integrity and quality. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are not completing the Questionnaires as required (e.g. inaccurate, incoherent responses or response times deemed suspect) we may terminate your account.

You must not include anything in your response to a Questionnaire which is inappropriate, offensive or illegal. If, in our reasonable opinion, we think you have, we may disable and/or delete your account.

We only allow one registration per person on our Site. You must not make multiple registrations on our Site. If we discover that you have multiple registrations we may disable and/or delete one or all of your accounts.

We will use the details that you provide to us to send you Questionnaires to complete. You must make reasonable efforts to keep your details up to date. We will not be liable if you do not receive surveys because your details are missing or incorrect. If your details are out of date this may not be used as an excuse for not responding to surveys sent to you.

As a panel member you may be shown confidential information as part of the Questionnaires you answer. The Questionnaires may contain things such as media content, unique techniques, sketches, drawings or details of new products which are secret or not in the public domain. In order to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our-and our clients’ research projects you agree not to reveal any information contained in the Questionnaires or copy or distribute the Questionnaires or any other information or content from the surveys.

Please be advised that legal action may be taken in the event that a release of confidential information is traced back to you.

In return for you responding to a Questionnaire we will make a donation to the patient charity organisation of the specific ailment or disease covered by the Questionnaire.

From time to time we may run competitions to win prizes or gift vouchers. Separate terms and conditions will apply to such promotions.

Suspension or termination of membership
In the event of termination or cancellation of your account for any reason any rewards you have gained will immediately be cancelled.

If you do not respond to any Questionnaires sent to you in any 12 month period then we may terminate your account.

You may terminate your account by sending an e-mail requesting that your account is cancelled to [email protected].

We will not be liable for the loss of either registration data or reward details which may occur due to fraudulent termination by a third party.

Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
